We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities at a leading academic medical center located in the scenic Upper Valley of New Hampshire.

As an affiliate of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College and the state’s only Level I Trauma Center, our institution delivers advanced, high-acuity care across a broad range of specialties. Consistently ranked among the top 5% of hospitals nationally for clinical acuity and impact, we provide an environment where CRNAs practice at the forefront of modern anesthesia care.

We offer flexible scheduling options for both full-time and part-time roles, designed to support a balanced and sustainable practice. Our department emphasizes collaboration, efficiency, and mutual support, enabling CRNAs to excel in both clinical practice and professional development.

Practice Highlights

  • Diverse case mix: across 40+ locations and 40,000+ annual cases, including Trauma, Neurosurgery, Cardiac, Pediatrics, Transplant, Orthopedics, and more
  • Beyond the OR: practice in live-imaging surgical suites, Endoscopy, pediatric 'Pain-Free' programs, interventional radiology, CT, MRI, radiation oncology, EP, and cath lab/structural heart procedures
  • State-of-the-art resources: advanced operating rooms and procedural suites, supporting complex anesthesia care
  • Team-oriented culture: CRNAs are integral members of a multidisciplinary perioperative team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Why CRNAs Choose DHMC

  • Collaborative team model: work in a supportive, friendly environment alongside anesthesiologists and fellow CRNAs
  • Flexible scheduling: no night call and minimal weekend coverage
  • Professional growth: opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and involvement in academic initiatives
  • Quality of life: enjoy the scenic Upper Valley, a vibrant community with outdoor recreation and strong work–life balance
