Responsibilities

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center’s Department of Anesthesiology is actively seeking skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to become valued members of our dynamic team. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Nestled in the picturesque Upper Valley of New Hampshire, our facility is proud to be affiliated with the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College and serves as the state's sole Level 1 Trauma Center. Situated at the forefront of medical excellence, our facility boasts the second-highest acuity level in New England, placing us among the top 5% nationally.

Our Practice: 

  • Collaborative MD/CRNA Care Team model in a supportive and friendly work environment
  • Flexible and personalized scheduling opportunities
  • No night call and minimal weekend coverage
  • Anesthesia services across 40+ locations - 40,000+ cases annually
  • Diverse main OR case mix, including General Surgery, Trauma, Maxillofacial, Neurosurgery, Cardiac, Pediatrics, Thoracic, Transplant, Vascular, and Orthopedics
  • Varied anesthesia practices beyond the main OR, covering a live-imaging surgical suite, Endoscopy, pediatric 'Pain-Free' program, interventional radiology, CT, minor procedure rooms, radiation oncology, MRI, EP, and the cath lab/structural heart space

 

Our Benefits:

  • Starting salary of $259,400 with competitive tiered increases based on experience.
  • $50,000 loan repayment program
  • Sign on bonus offered
  • Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance, calculated based on mileage

  • All licenses and certifications are reimbursed

Required Licensure/Certifications

  • Obtain a New Hampshire RN and APRN License. 
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) from New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
  • Degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
