Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Palliative Care Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. This role offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with serious illnesses while also contributing to program development in palliative medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive palliative care services, including symptom management, goals-of-care discussions, and psychosocial support for patients with serious or life-limiting illnesses in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and social workers to deliver holistic care.
• Engage in community outreach and collaboration with referring providers to enhance access to palliative care.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine by the ABMS or AOA.
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate complex patient and family discussions.
• Commitment to interdisciplinary teamwork, education, and patient advocacy.
