The Department of Emergency Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team of dedicated Emergency Physicians. In this role, you would provide clinical care at one or more of our affiliated critical access hospitals, which are located in scenic, rural New Hampshire and Vermont with close ties to the Dartmouth College community.

In addition to direct patient care, there is the opportunity to participate in the educational mission of our academic medical center including teaching medical students and emergency medicine residents.  Faculty appointment at the Geisel School of Medicine at a rank commensurate with experience is also an option.

Dartmouth Health is system of community hospitals, clinics and healthcare services caring for patients across northern New England, providing the only EM residency and Level I trauma center in NH as well as the Dartmouth Cancer Center and Dartmouth Health Children’s.

For a 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent position, the annual salary range for Emergency Medicine is $379,000 to $401,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and CME support). A sign-on bonus and a relocation stipend may also be available, subject to eligibility.
