Dartmouth Health is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our academic dermatology program. This position offers a unique opportunity to practice in a collaborative, team-based environment while contributing to the department’s missions of clinical care, education, and research.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient dermatologic care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of skin conditions.
- Perform dermatologic procedures within scope of practice.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of medical students, residents, and other trainees.
- Collaborate with faculty physicians and other providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- National board certification.
- At least one year of dermatology or related clinical experience preferred; new graduates with a strong interest in dermatology are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated commitment to academic medicine, including teaching and/or research.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
