Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, New Hampshire is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate to join our Otolaryngology team. 

Overview:

• Predominantly outpatient position caring for the full spectrum of medical and surgical otolaryngology issues
• Opportunities for in-office procedures
• Monday - Friday, 8-5
• 36 clinical hours per week with 4 hours of admin time
• Option for a four-day workweek
• No call, nights, or weekends

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in otolaryngology or completion of an otolaryngology APP post-graduate fellowship program
• Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA academic program
• National specialty certification as FNP, ANP or certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Eligible for RN licensure in the State of NH (APRN only)
• Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of NH
• Eligible for Federal DEA Registration
