This job code is exclusive to Physicians who:

• have executed an employment agreement with Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic or affiliate as a Physician,

• will commence employment with Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic in an administrative capacity up to two weeks before clinical effective date, and
• elect to complete early eDH Training modules before clinical effective date, and
• meet the requirements below

  • Remain in good standing with the Medical Staff Office Professional Staff credentialing and clinical privileges/scope of practice/privileging processes.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Have executed an employment agreement for a Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic as a Physician within two weeks following the Administrative Effective Date.
